Biographical sketch
Ashley is a native of Baldwin County, Alabama. She attended the University of South Alabama where she received a Bachelor of Science in biology and a minor in chemistry. Ashley is married with 3 children and resides in Barnwell, Alabama. She has always had a love for nature with hobbies that include fishing and gardening. In 2002, she was employed by the ADEM as a Construction Stormwater Inspector where she gained environmental experience. She is currently the City of Daphne’s Environmental Programs Manager where she manages the City’s environmental issues including permitting, compliance and its MS4Phase II Permit. Ashley is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control and has certification as an ICC Residential Building Inspector. During her fifteen years with Daphne, she has written and managed federal and state grants for stream restorations, low impact development projects and other environmental projects.
